If any of the product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Eligible return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in its original packaging
• To complete your return, we require proof of purchase
• We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. The product must be faulty or damaged
• All discounted items will not be refunded

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect your item, we will email you to notify you that we have either approved or rejected your refund. If the refund is approved, we will automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. This can take up to 5 working days.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
